If the reported issue has not been resolved then inform the same to your account manager from Business Development team. The concern account manager will surely do the needful to address to any of your concern. If Account Manager also fails to address your concern then do write to us about your concern on services@jarvisbitz.com. Upon receiving the details of your concern, it is sole discretion of Management as to whether provide you full refund or partial refund.
• While submitting your concern, we request users to claim the refund by mentioning the reason of discomfort. That will enable us to enhance our offering and overcome with the bottleneck or problem area if any.
